Since August 2019, NSW communities have faced unparalleled challenges.
Despite the challenges, volunteers, emergency services and agencies have adapted, adjusted and continued to help communities prepare for bush fire and other emergencies.
In ACEFA 2022 we will hear about the ways that government, non-government organisations and volunteers and local brigades have met the challenge of these unusual times.
The focus of ACEFA 2022 is on the period between August 2019 and May 2022. Presentations includes keynote speeches from leaders in emergency services, case studies from around Australia, research utilisation and Masterclasses in the foundation skills required to do community engagement.
